1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order for products or services from this website, you accept and are bound by these terms and conditions.
You may not order or obtain products or services from this website if you:
(a) do not agree to these terms;
(b) are not the older of (i) at least 21 years of age or (ii) the legal age to form a binding contract with Disavowed Innovations Group, LLC; or

(c) are prohibited from accessing or using this website or any of its contents, goods, or services by applicable law.

These Terms apply to the purchase and sale of products and services through our website (the “Site”). We may change these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be posted on the Site, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These Terms are part of the overall Website Terms of Use.

2. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Your order is an offer to buy under these Terms. All orders must be accepted by us or we are not obligated to sell. We may refuse any order at our sole discretion. A contract of sale forms only when you receive an order confirmation email.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

(a) All prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of the order and confirmed in your order email. Prices exclude taxes and shipping, which will be added at checkout. We are not responsible for typographical or pricing errors and may cancel orders arising from such errors.

(b) Payment must be received before acceptance of an order. You represent and warrant that:

• the credit card information you provide is true, correct, and complete;
• you are authorized to use it;
• charges will be honored by your card issuer; and
• you will pay the posted prices, including all applicable taxes.

4. Shipments; Delivery; Title and Risk of Loss

(a) We will arrange shipment of products. Shipping and handling charges are shown during checkout.
(b) Title and risk of loss pass to you when the products are transferred to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates only.

5. Returns and Refunds

Except for nonreturnable products, we accept returns within 30 days of shipment if items are in original condition.

• Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing support@disavowedgroup.com.
• No returns are accepted without an RMA.
• You are responsible for return shipping and risk of loss.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. No refunds are offered on products designated as non-returnable.

6. National Firearms Act (NFA)

Purchases may be subject to the NFA and approval by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF). If denied or returned without action by ATF, the products are eligible for a refund under Section 5.

7. Limited Warranty

We warrant that during the warranty period, products purchased from the Site will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

• Duration: Lifetime of the product (not extended by repair or replacement).
• Remedies: At our discretion we will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price.
• Exclusions: Cosmetic damage, improper use, failure to follow instructions, modifications, unauthorized repair, normal wear and tear, accidents, abuse, or external causes.

To obtain warranty service, email support@disavowedgroup.com for an RMA number.

8. Limitation of Liability

Your sole remedies are those described in the Limited Warranty. Our liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service and we are not liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

Use of products purchased through this Site is potentially dangerous and may result in injury, disability, death, property damage, or financial loss. By using the products, you accept and assume all associated risks.

9. Goods Not for Resale or Export

You agree to comply with all U.S. and state laws, including export regulations. Products are for personal or household use only, not for resale or export.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Assignment

You may not assign your rights or delegate your obligations without our prior written consent.

12. No Waivers

Failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement. Waivers are effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative.

13. No Third-Party Beneficiaries

These Terms do not confer any rights or remedies on any person other than you.

14. Notices

15. Severability

If any provision is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with other terms on our website, constitute the final and integrated agreement between you and Disavowed Innovations Group, LLC.
